  • Overview

    JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the deployment of a comprehensive patient experience improvement plan across the continuum of care for ___ Prime Hospital. This position serves as the content and systems expert for the community hospital they serve to accelerate improvement across all patient experience metrics.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

    1.  Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related field preferred.

    2.  State RN licensure or Certification in a healthcare field preferred.

    3.  Experience developing and or deploying statistical tools to measure and improve process and outcomes goals required.

    4.  Demonstrated experience implementing cultural change across a complex professional environment required

    5.  Certification and experience applying six sigma, lean or Value Stream Improvement methodology preferred.

    6.  Measurable outcomes generated through programs deployed around service recovery, patient family advisory councils, or enhancing cultural competency preferred.
