JOB SUMMARY: Carries out all policies and procedures established by the Governing Board consisted with the philosophy and practices of the Hospital. Responsible for planning, organizing and influencing department activities and assuring financial records of the Hospital are maintained following generally accepted accounting standards.
Sets realistic goals and meets those goals through set criteria that measures effective outcomes, focus and drive.

Prepares an annual operating capital expenditure and cash flow budget showing the expected receipts and expenditures and such other information as required by the organization and submission of such budgets for approval.
Supervises financial affairs to ensure that funds are collected and expended to the best possible advantage and within the provision of the annual budgets.
Presents to the Governing Board or to its authorized committees periodic reports reflecting the financial activities of the hospital.
Identifies with, and shares in the organization’s commitment to mission, philosophy and goals.
Performs other duties assigned by the CEO/Administrator/Organizational Leaders that may be necessary in the best interest of the hospital.
